mama mia!

Charlie wanted to watch mama mia together..

but i've watched it..

although the critics have given it thumbs down..

i must say despite being quite bad, it is hilarious..

(i must admit, I was cringe-ing at some point..)

and it got me thinking...

will i grow old .. like Meryl Streep?

with all my frens?

I do hope we all age gracefully.. with elegance..

while retaining the child-likeness , girly demeanour that

we unconsciously shed bit by bit... 

as we grow up...

trying to be adult-ish..

as we grapple with the grim of every day life..

I hope.. that we will ..

gather even when we are 50..

will pinkie still be pinkie..

will carvroom still arrive in a limo?

charlie...? ahahhaha.. will always be our charlie..

the elusive elfin ... as ever elusive...?

well, the elfin has to learn to stand up..

for under the scrutiny of "un" important people..

should not matter...

as the elfin has learned.. from the younger angels..

never relent, never back down, forward thinking... forward moving..

but never never dift apart.. i hope..

let's grow old and dance like the babes in Mama Mia!
